I'm not quite sure I understand it so I voted no.

Right now it is setup to lock FCFS pickups after the FIRST game of the week. So if their is a Thursday game then ALL players will be locked at kickoff of that game. The proposed rule allows FCFS pickups of ANY player up until that players game starts, then they are locked.

Scenarios where this is a factor:

1) You have bye players to cover and don't get around to it until Thursday.
2) You have your bye week players covered but an unanticipated injury occurs and your bye week filler doesn't play.
3) With bye week issues and game time decisions you are not sure which players on your roster will actually be available on Sunday.


Without the rule change you are stuck, with the rule change you have the flexibility to pick up players to cover your bye weeks at any time as long as it is before the kick off of the game of the player you are dropping AND the player you are picking up.
