I changed you back to your Huddle ID, we have to keep everyone names their ID , or we'll have one helluva time locating the right people when we need to

slow draft is perfect for me... i'm out of town 8/4-8/8 so if we start then i would need a long shot clock, but starting anytime after 8/8 would be better...

I'm on vacation 8/8-15 but if we check on everyone I'm sure somebody's schedule conflicts. Its just tough with so many people to get the perfect time to start. We should just start it with a 12 hour clock. If I'm on vacation I'll find a connection to make my pick in time to keep things moving. It may take until then to get the division sorted out and the bones rolled anyway.

With y'all's vacations, we should start the slow draft ASAP so it doesn't become critical for you to find a connection. Obviously, we have to wait until we get a full league.

How about those on vacation bring paper cheatsheets with them and we can keep you posted by cell phone as picks are made. You can call both the Practice Squad Commish and either MV or TOS with your pick when you're ready to make it.

dice roll? highest is first pick or gets to choose their spot? I'd prefer to choose a spot.

I have no access while at work otherwise I'd be willing. Whoever ends up commish needs to get my cell number and I'll bring my sheets to work with me. It worked out pretty well last year. Well, the final results didn't, but you get my drift....

I'm on vacation from 8/14-8/24, but I will have some internet access, and my blackberry will be by my side about 95% of the time.

I'll also like to start ASAP.

I may be able to commish, my current job keeps me at home most days and I won't be going back to school this fall. What does it entail? I commish ECB and would be willing to take on another commish-ship(?) if the duties were simple enough.

I'm new to the Ladder, if the commish job is light duty I'll try and help out. If it requires too much I may not be able to fulfill the duties adequately. Also keep in mind I'll be on vacation from August 14th to August 24th, the 14th, 15th 23rd and 24th I will have very limited access, probably only via spotty cell phone coverage between Minnesota and Washington State.

I'd like to help out I just want to make sure that I'm not gonna bite off more than I can chew, and I want to be confident that I can perform well enough to not screw up anyone else's good time.

Commish for these leagues is very light. Get the roll going, get the draft rolling. Not much else during the season. Welcome to the Ladder DD. I expect I'll be seeing you rising up as I continue my way down.

I'm pretty sure TOS is handling all the monies here.

So it's up to me to help monitor the dice rolls, and help set a draft start date. The weekly FA and FCFS are done by the MFL software I hope.

Any rolls that do not FULLY comply with his instructions are null and void, NO EXCEPTIONS. I'll post the rolls here as they come in. Tie breaker are the first number in your roll,(higher wins) the second number, etc. If in some weird act of php madness two owners roll the exact same three numbers, we will have those two teams roll off for the spot, like we do with draft positions.

GOOD LUCK!

Add all 3 numbers up and the highest total gets 1st pick, draft positions will be determined solely on your roll. Highest to Lowest Roll , Starting with Pick 1(highest) and ending with pick 12(lowest).

So if you roll a 300 you'd be picking first, and a zero means you'd be picking at the turn.

Looks like from an earlier TOS post that for the sake of saving time the dice roll will determine the draft position. I would think we should be able to get this done over the weekend fairly easy.

I'd say start rolling, who do I need to send mine to for verification? TOS and/or MV?

I'll start another thread with the roll results so it's not burried in the middle of this one.

The first year, I called somebody while they were in their car. The wife had the cheatsheet and updated the list while he was driving. I think it way Sunysteelfly76.

In order to speed up the process the roll itself will determine draft order...highest roll picks first, second highest picks second and so on until the lowest roll picks at the turn.

Hey guys. I'm still on set up in Hollywood. Tomorrow is our last day on this gig then I'm booked again starting Monday all week. I can draft anytime. Somebody just needs to text me with players taken etc etc and I'll text my pick. Most days I get into the hotel around 9p.m so I can pick then if I don't hear anything.
