Any rolls that do not FULLY comply with his instructions are null and void, NO EXCEPTIONS. I'll post the rolls here as they come in. Tie breaker are the first number in your roll,(higher wins) the second number, etc. If in some weird act of php madness two owners roll the exact same three numbers, we will have those two teams roll off for the spot, like we do with draft positions.

i would love to get started this weekend if possible, but i do have a conference from 8-5 WED-FRI and will be taveling by car 320 miles on Tuesday and Saturday... the "good" news is that it looks like i will pick 12th and can pick back to back (i'll have my laptop around and my cell gets emails so if we have email updates, i'll know when i'm up)

I sent a text to SuckMyVick & a PM to Jaxfactor to try and get the rolls wrapped up.

I think we should start the draft ASAP. No timer in the 1st round and go with a 12 hour timer after that. What do you guys think? Comments or concerns?

I assume that anyone who posts that they're tied up with business or vacation will get an extension?

I'm willing to go without a timer if that's what you guys want, but if it gets to the point where a timer is needed to get the draft done, I don't foresee it being an issue if we start the draft August 3rd or 4th, but then there would be no leeway given.

Not trying to be a hardass, but drafting can be frustrating when you have guys who don't check in for days at a time.

I am pretty easy on whatever works for everyone else. While at work I am unable to access the fantasy website, however I do have access to this site. So I will just prerank my players and/or PM you Dan in case it comes my turn while at work.

I agree with you completely. If someone is legitimately tied up with work or family, cool, but those who just don't bother need a kick to the shin.

Does anyone have an idea if SuckMyVick is really in this. I only express concern because he is the last owner to roll, I've sent him a text, and I see that TheOhioState has not marked him as "confirmed returning" in the first post.

Not trying to bust balls just wondering if anyone has any more info on his status.

If I remember he was in the ladder last year. I bet he knows the drill. Its just tough cause a lot of people are away from the computer on weekends. We'll get this done maybe he will check in tomorrow

Hope I can keep the 5th slot. I see some familiar faces in this division. To those that don't know me, I'm the one that gonna kick your ass this year.

I'm good with starting the draft asap as well. I should be able to draft at any time, as my new smart phone seems to handle mfl well.

I just tried calling SMV and his the number he has in MFL is disconnected. Also it is listed as a landline so the text I sent would've gone nowhere anyway. Hopefully he checks in soon.

If anyone has alternate contact info please try to get a hold of him, or forward it to me and I will try.

His phone number, the same one is here and and MFL, is disconnected.
I sent him two emails, One last Friday, and one one on Saturday night.
I sent him a PM on Saturday night.

TOS has SuckMyVick marked as the only owner not confirmed returning.

I'm not sure what else I can do, and aside from just waiting for him to come around I'm not sure what to do next.

I say wait a few hours. Maybe he's at work and taking care of a few work things before checking in.

After that, ask TOS to assign someone new? If PeeWee has already started, then we gotta get someone on the waiting list.

to be fair, i disappear for months at a time and don't post much anymore since Life gets in the way...
just my .02. but if we don't hear from him in the next 24, i suggest we open it up to the waiting list, first come first served so we can get started

Many owners don't post much from Feb-July (even though most come back by the end of July) but August is FF season, camps are in session, and the news is fast and furious, gone are the days of the email updates with five tidbits in them (and two of those were about TOs reality show and Romo's girlfriend) I had better set aside 5-10 minutes if I want to have the time to read my daily email updates.

We had eleven owners roll within about 24 hours of when the process got rolling, now all eleven guys have been waiting for 36+ hours for the last owner to show up. Many of the attentive guys have a desire to get this thing rolling to avoid having to use a timer, and I agree with them.

I've sent Mike a PM asking for guidance, I promise I will do all I can to get this draft going ASAP.

I got a response from TOS asking me to roll for SMV, he also said he is pretty sure that SMV is out of town right now.

I will do a roll for him and send it to TOS for confirmation and at least the draft order will be set.

We'll see where he lands in the draft and deal with it when we get there I guess.
