This might be the end of his run in the JLA FFL unfortunately. The issue here is that he's all paid up for the '09 season so I thought he'd be a shoe-in. However, It's now August and I've called all his numbers and tried to PM him several times with not one response. Beyond FF, I fear that something else may be up and I hope all is well with him. I've talked to Loyalboyd who's very friendly with him and he told me that he hasn't heard from him either and that he already replaced Doc in one league. I've already reached out to Wolfden1 ( next on the waiting list) and haven't gotten a response as of yet and also talked to Electricrelish, who's 2nd on the list, and he'd be happy to jump in. So we'd be fine in terms of replacing Doc and I would just send him his money if he ever showed up.

Thoughts...

I'd give it a week or so - maybe some time between Aug 10th and 15th. If Doc hasn't communicated by then, replace him with whomever is nearest the top of the waiting list & is ready to jump in. That would still give a new owner a week to a week and a half to prepare.

Hope everything is okay in Docland. It's worrisome to not hear from a guy at all.

I feel the same way. I really want Doc back just because he's a great guy and aside from that he's already paid in. However, I need to do what has to be done and I'm currently waiting for a response from Wolfden1 who is the 1st guy on the waiting list. If he accepts, he'll be first in. If he denies the spot, Electricrelish said that he'd step in for sure. So I'm not concerned about filling the spot but moreso about how Doc is doing.

Today was the deadline for both Doc and Wolfden. Neither showed. I did get a PM from Wolf apologizing for not responding to me earlier because he had been sick but he never accepted the invite. I then immediately sent him another pM asking if he wanted the team and he has since never responded. Electricrelish is now taking over Doc's team.
