Any rolls that do not FULLY comply with his instructions are null and void, NO EXCEPTIONS. I'll post the rolls here as they come in. Tie breaker are the first number in your roll,(higher wins) the second number, etc. If in some weird act of php madness two owners roll the exact same three numbers, we will have those two teams roll off for the spot, like we do with draft positions.

Willing? Absolutely. Able? Not a chance in heck, my friend. My schedule here is ridiculous. I know others are busy also, but I am hoping someone else will step up.

Screw it. The job really is not so daunting once the draft is over. I'll do it, TOS. You and MV already do a ton for us.

HOFers, note, however, that I will not be able to nudge everyone along during the draft. We need to self-police, and everyone needs to pitch in. That's the time consuming part. Agreed?

HOFers...Perch is out of town until 8/15, so that's the starting point for our draft discussions. With the season kicking off on September 10, I propose that we start the draft on Monday, 8/31. That will give us 10 days to complete the draft.

I'm guessing I will be in the minority here, but I like to do this draft early. I say we start the draft on 8/15. It's only $25 and I just don't feel the need to wait too long to start drafting. The earlier this draft is, the quicker the response for the slow draft will be IMO because it'll be most people's only draft going on. I just don't want to create a log jam and have all my drafts within the 2 weeks leading up to the season.

Happy to have a high roll, wish I could move it over to The Empire... but I will say this, I'd rather be at the near beginning or end of the draft this year. The middle slots are tough spots this year.

Hold off Wire...I do not have an email yet but let's give it a few to see if it comes in.

As for the draft, there really is no better or worse time for me between August 15th and the season. I have work, family, and other commitments scattered throughout. Hunting season starts September 1st, so the dogs and I will be in the field ever opportunity I have from that point forward. This means I will only be checking in late at night and from work as I'm able after September 1.

I am assuming we are doing a slow draft, correct? Personally, I prefer live drafts as I invariably upset some Owner during any slow draft for not being glued to MFL 24/7 but will roll with whatever the league wants to do.

Totally Wolf's call there. If Wolf agrees, maybe you could forward your e-mail to him. Did you get one? I would think that it wouldn't go over so well if you rolled again and got a 220.

I'd like to start as early as possible also. $25 league will help prepare for big money league drafts

Actually, I did not receive an e-mail. I don't know what caused the glitch and, for what its worth, am not really trying to pull something shady to draft 11th.

If there is no email, we need to re-roll. A valid roll constitutes some sort of delivery of the results via email. If you never got one and mine was never even delivered, we should re-roll.

I am going to conduct a test roll first to ensure that this works...Wire, please let me know if you get my test.

8/31 sounds good to me

You did a cut and paste in the email didn't you...... Sometimes that adds an extra space at the end and the website doesn't understand so the emial isn't sent. Had this happen about 4 times in another league that used this server

Yeah, you are solidly middle at this point. Not awful, but last year I wanted to be as far away from the end of the draft as possible. This year, so much is up in the air that I'll take my chances with the beginning or end of the draft especially if one of the guys I like drops to me in the 12th pick.

I'm going to second TOS' response which echoes my feelings about the draft I'd really like to start this draft on 8/15 or very close to it. It's just not one of my bigger money leagues and I need to get some of my leagues to draft earlier in August.

I have no issue starting early (I'd say an 8/17 date) however we have not all rolled yet. We need to track Rhino down. His PM box is full and is not responding to the thread I posted. I've asked other Huddlers for assistance (contact info, calling him, etc).

Once he rolls, we can get going.
