Even though a couple owners are still up in the air, we need to set a draft date now. It needs to be after August 14.



I am available anytime except August 20 evening and Septenber 7 afternoon.

Is this a slowwwwwww draft or an actual online live draft? I have a draft that starts on 8/24 for OUTRAGED

Either a complete fast draft or a hybrid fast draft for the first few rounds, then slow for the rest of the draft is we can't commit to a whole fast draft.

Fast draft = jumbo shrimp. I would rather do a slow draft as well and start it early. If we have to do a "fast" draft, I would prefer it to be on a Sun or Mon night. Between work and home stuff, it's really hard right now to block off 3 hours of prime time in my life.

I would again request that we do a live draft only if we can get the entire draft finished in that time. I makes no sense to me to go through the trouble of getting everybody together for a partial live draft, and then have a slow draft that continues for 2 weeks afterwards.

I would also add that i have little limitations on when we could start a slow draft.

ditto..... and it looks like the weekend of 8/29 is a tough one for me (1 live and 1 auction).

I am just not around on the weekends, so a fast live draft on a week night would work very well for me. I can do a slow draft with no issues as well, but there would be times where someone would either have to draft for me or call me.

I can always call or test you during thr week days for sure

I prefer not to do a live draft Sunday night, August 16th from 6pm PST to 9pm PST. I have another live draft at that time. I'll also be away from the computer a lot from 8/17 - 8/22 (on vacation in the mountains) but will have some access..I could do a slow draft during that time pretty well...If we do a live draft that week, I'll find someplace with wireless access and make it work.

Otherwise, any other time works and either draft style works for me. I prefer a live draft slightly but it seems like the slow draft would be easier to do, and that's totally cool with me also.

so...where are we with this?

Can everyone do Monday August 31? Need to decide soon.

i may be startin another new f'n career on that day and will be buried learnin chit i assume for awhile.....sooner would be better for me

For a live draft, partial live draft or slow draft? We can't seem to get a consenus on this, I have another slow draft starting on 8/24. I would prefer a live draft 1 night knock it out and at least as many rounds as possible. I have Dr appointments on 8/26 and 8/27 for stuff I need to knock out beofre my hip replacement on 9/14, other than that I am pretty good.

Ya know with the owners we've got maybe a slow draft would actually be fast.....Could that be Possible it would be a Fantasy 1st i'm sure ta get a slow done in 4 days that'd be fun without the gut wrenching and Alchico havin ta go off on people

It looks like be process of elimination that there will be no good time where everyone can attend a live draft (31st looked to be the best shot there), so it looks like a slow draft would have to do.

If we go the slow draft route I would think the early the better

fri/mon is fine. as we are going out with friends tomorrow night.... i wouldn't mind a little more time to declare keepers. i'd almost suggest sat evening to allow for injuries through most of this weeks games.
