Now that players will be assigned a value = to round drafted (not talking rookies here), if you trade for a player whose value is 10, will his value stay at 10 or go to 11?

Hmmm. I think it would have to be 10 until the draft as it's that event we have voted to alter values on. After the draft, trade value changes would go through to 16.
