It looks as though, by the calendar, after the first blind bidding period, that blind bidding starts weekly on Sundays at 1 PM and runs until Wed night at 10 PM, at which point FCFS starts at 10 PM after the bids are automatically shelled out and then FCFS runs untl Sunday at 1 PM, correct?

Now my question is this, once the Thursday night games start, during that period the BB period goes from Thursday at 8:20PM (prior to the start of the game) to the following Wed at 10 PM and then FCFS runs until 8:20 (prior to the beginning of the Thursday Night game)? So basically during for the weeks with Thursday night games we only have period of about 22 hours and change for FCFS moves? And then you can't make any add/drops from the Thurs night game - to Sunday at 1 PM because that's considered during the BB period for that stretch of the season?

I do think you are correct, but want to make sure its how we did it last year, since we changed nothing heading into this year. Something tells me you could still make FCFS moves afte the Thursday game, as long as it din't involve a player from the Thursday game. But I may be confusing this league with another, so let me check to be sure. Cool?

I will play by whatever rules are set forward by the Chiefs of the league. However, I wanted to be sure as if we can't pick up players after the start of the Thursday Nighter and can only bid on them, then that's a big change and everyone would have to have all their needed moves done prior to Sunday by the start of the Thurs nighter. I actually wouldn't like that rule and would prefer having the ability to add players FCFS (after the bidding period of course) up until Sunday at 1 PM regardless if there's a Thurs Night game or not. I like the rules during the rest of the season where you have Blind bidding starting at 1 PM on Sunday and then those bids are processed at 10 PM on Wed night and then FCFS beginning to Sun at 1 PM. Obviously if you start a player on a Thurs night game then you can't make any moves in regard to them until the following week.

I wouldn't know but does it have something to do with the dice rolls or the Standings from the previous year and then new owners are added to the last division or sprinkled about like jimmies on a sundae?

In a nutshell:

There will be a blind bidding process that runs from Sunday's at 1:00PM until Wednesday 11:00PM.

There will then be a 2nd round of blind bidding that runs from Thursday 1:00AM to Friday 11:00PM

First come/first serve then starts Saturday 11:00AM until Sunday 1:00.

Good question but if I'm understanding things correctly what I was told is that our drafted team is our team for Week 1.

Nope, same rules as they have been for the last 4 years....no moves until Week 1 is complete.

For the record, I too think we should be able to have a FCFS before Week 1, but the rules are already set for this year.
