One of my players appears to be going on IR, so I was wondering when waivers open up?

Giants | Andre Brown has ruptured Achilles, out for the year Fri Aug 14, 08:10 PM

Jenny Vrentas(Star Ledger) reports on her twitter feed that rookie RB Andre Brown was carted off the practice field with an apparent leg injury. Updated: Looks like a ruptured Achilles for Brown and he will miss the entire year.

Preseason Waivers

First blind bid period will open Tues, 1 AM ET, 8/21 to be processed automatically Wed, 8/29 at 10 PM ET.

First Come First Served (fcfs) waivers will run through the preseason up until kickoff of the first game of week one.

EDIT: The above dates must be from the first season. I'm guessing it'll be something similar.

Most stuff in MFL has to be the same across all leagues, I'd think that we couldn't schedule a FA run while others drafts are going on, but hopefully TOS or MV can chime in.

The other divisions suck.

The preseason waivers will start when all the drafts are completed. But there will first be a bidding waiver followed by Fcfs waiver before the real games start. The dates are not set yet in stone.

Are you going to inform people of the exact amount that you're going to bid on Danny Ware as well, Opie? wink.gif

This is what happens when you act like a bunch of giddy middle school girls waiting for a Jonas Brothers concert by drafting so early instead of making a more mature decision and running your draft at a more practical and logical later date.

Uhhh... okay? She's more like an OG but could be used in GL packages as an eligible receiver, so she could have some limited value. I'll let her know she could be picked up. She'll be excited.

Onterrio Smith is still an FA if you need another RB.

Who am I kidding? Of course you do, you only have 10 healthy RBs after Brown went down.

Godspeed Opie, godspeed.

I have absolutely no confidence in my ability to foresee catastrophic injuries.

Injuries are a part of the game. I don't either. But thats not gonna stop me from getting my drafting fix alittle earlier than most.

is there a set date as to when we can pick up FA's yet?.....I really need another kicker...
digitaldan21
Keep an eye on the other division's drafts, it will have to be after they've all been completed.

Blind bid waivers will be processed tonight at 9pm (EST?). FCFS waivers begin immediately after that.

Isn't it 10 PM? It always was in the past.
