I'm running through my keeper options and player values. I see Welker as a "3" but I drafted him in the 3rd round last year. Shouldn't he be a "2"?
Just asking......or am I just completely pulling a brain fart here?
With that said, I think everyone should really do a double, or triple check at this time.

Since you drafted him in the 3rd last year (not a keeper), you keep him for a 3rd this year, 2nd next year.

Yep. Values change immediately after keeper declaration, which is Friday, BTW.
