Please send keepers to captlockheed5 at yahoo.com by 9:00 Eastern Friday morning.
Note - time zone isn't specified in the rules, so I'll go with Eastern as I would like to drop the flag on the draft at 9:00 Eastern on Monday, which gets it rolling at the earliest possible time.

I couldn't find it in the keeper rules, and I know it has come up before....
after 9am est, are the draft picks associated with the keepers locked, or can we continue to "trade down" in a round that we have declared a keeper? Rules state keepers are due at a certain point, but does not say that their draft pick is due at that time before the draft starts.

I recall doing that once before a few years back in a trade with Swiss and it had to be rolled back as the draft pick is, in effect, locked, IIRC.

i remember trade picks after keepers were declared. That waswhen I knew who everyone was keeping and was able to make he best offers. I know that I have done that in the past.
I really hope m email last night went through. Can we get some sort of confirmation?

OK, here's the definitive ruling:
When keepers are declared, the slot that they go in at the time is locked and therefore cannot be traded away. This is based on precedent and will need to be codified into the rules during the next off-season.
