technically, my offer wasn't better, just that I let him know that if he got any other offers and I'd counter.

I'm new to this kind of keeper league*, so maybe the offer I did send was offensive? If so, well, I'm learning... but I would've bid more

* only keepers I've done were the ones that cost the first picks for each guy kept.

oh, TOS and CT are swapping the 4th and 8th round picks? FYI FWIW, the offer I made was similar, only slightly less due to positioning, so at least my offer wasn't offensive... and I said I'd do better... let that be a note to others wanting to trade

So just to clarify this, CT chose as a keeper Peyton Manning at 1.03 prior to the deadline so this means that TOS is now getting Peyton? Since keepers were declared he can't chose to unkeep Peyton?

He is only trading the pick. He only needs to have a first round pick in order to keep Peyton. It doesn't matter which pick it is.

Never mind... I checked MFL, and it appears there was a lot more than just the 1.11 missing... turns out it's a 5-for-5 deal, swapping 1st, 4th, 8th, 9th, and 16th-round picks.

TOS was just to lazy to write out all of the numbers.
