What day are roster cut downs due?
How many must we cut our roster down to? (not inc. 5 man taxi)
I believe the roster limit is 18, not including IR and TS.

Friday, August 28th.
You are allowed 18 on the main roster and 5 on the taxi squad. Please refer to the taxi squad eligibility rules in a prior post.

I still see many teams have more than the 18 players allowed and it is beyond August 28th.
I think E-mails need to be sent on this stuff, posting it here ain't going to get it done.

A 5-slot taxi squad is also available for players under development. A player may only be placed on the taxi squad in their rookie year (we made an exception for the first year of our league). Once on the taxi squad, a player may be held there for three seasons. Any year 1 player promoted from the taxi squad to the regular roster, and placed in a starting lineup, may never be placed back on a taxi squad by any team. Any player in years 2-3 placed on the regular roster (this does not include IR) may never be placed back on a taxi squad by any team. For the purposes of this rule, there is no regular roster from the period after the super bowl until roster cutdowns are due.
Just an FYI, Apoc
To help things along...
DMcFadden - started several games last year
JRussell - placed on roster last year, but not started...currently a 3rd year player
Marvin Harrison - veteran

Thanks.
Everyone - please insure that your taxi squads are legal.

Oops I apologize guys, wasn't intentional; wasn't aware of the drop date and used to the other BOTH leagues that have roster finalization that takes place after NFL final roster cuts.
I'm having issues with doing this on the league site though.....If I try to drop guys it says I'm not dropping enough; If I try to put guys on the taxi squad it says roster would still be illegal.
Commish, please drop the following:
QB Stanton
RB Stecker
RB Young
WR Kent
K Hartley
K Akers
Taxi squad
RB's Johnson, Ringer, and Forsett
WR Thomas
TE Cook
