Just a friendly reminder that from 8a-5p no computer access, but a text or phone call should get my pick if needed. also if we could not use live draft to make picks with would be helpful that way I get email on who was picked.

Same with me. I can access the Huddle forums at work, but no MFL. So a post or a PM would help me out

To get the draft emails (I don't think the "Live Draft" has anything to do w/ this)



Have you tried that in the past? If so let me know and I'll contact tech support for a work around. As I understand it, the emails don't come out immediately, but on an every other hour schedule, so you may still miss somethings. I have no problem email/posting results periodically, but I cannot guarantee 24/7 coverage.

Make sure you go to Franchise setup>Contact Info>and 'click' the "Draft Status Update" box.

So I still pick a player on the draft page and then e-mail everybody with my pick too. Correct?

no it will automatically send out email, I'm not asking that the draft be done per email it's just that I can get email and huddle on my phone cannot get MFL, so if you select from the draft page I can keep up during the week when I don't have computer access.

Exactly. The page on MFL will not have a chat box, and it will look a little different, but if you don't want the emails don't check the email draft box in Franchise settings.

So to clarify, we use the For Owners / Draft menu item and pick there, yes?

I think those with a connection to MFL can still draft like always. E-mails with our draft picks get sent out automatically to those who don't get MFL.

OT - I just finished a local draft with a buddy and we got LT MJD and Chris Johnson with our first 3 picks. It is an 8 team league and you start 2 QB's but you can start 3 RB's.

Same here. I can't even find the league web site now.

The way the draft is set up, there is no live draft room. RR Set it up for slow draft only so that he could ensure that people would be able to get email notification for every pick. Sometimes folks make picks in the live draft room, which circumvents the email updates.
