Figured Id start this early...
We know who 1 and 2 will be. Things should get interesting from there. Im taking Priest Holmes with my 1st pick, so everyone else plan around that.
1.01 - MJD made via PM from TDFFFreak to Commish Wolf.

While we're waiting, I am making my 1.5 pick available to someone in the 1.7 - 1.9 range. PM me if interested, but if my pick comes up, I will just select Priest Holmes.
sorry, having some internet and puter issues

So the top 5 picks were much different than I expected. Forte at 2 was a surprise. AP falling to 1.3 is great for TOS. If SJax stays healthy, he will be a stud. DeW was a tad early, but I know talent when I see it, and he is loaded with it.
If you have not already done so, please PM me a cell number and an email addy so we can contact you if need be.

Can someone please explain the logic in swapping the entire draft (zooty and loyalboyd)? I could see swapping multiple picks, sure... But the entire draft? There has to be some kind of logic, no?

I am curious myself...never saw a trade like that before. Guess the parties simply wanted to draft from a different slot.

Glad we have time to make trades but not to make picks!
Guys...we have a draft going on. Let's be cognizant of that fact and check in frequently.

I can't speak for him but I despise drafting at the 12 slot. The wait makes me crazy watching 22 players run off the board.
He sent me the offer so I took it. Though I did consider trying to get something out of somewhere in the draft.

I should have reached out...have my office league draft in 2 weeks and drew the 12 slot. Would have been good practice.

I have a draft strategy that seem to work in another league I am in and want to see if it would work in this one. By the way Zooty watching 22 players go off the board is rather fun to watch. In my case I see something rather special about this spot this year and its the only reason I gave up a guy like Fitz to get back to back from here on out. Good luck GM's.

I agree with this...as mentioned in an above post, I landed the 12 spot in my office league and should have reached out to Zooty about trading as you did. It would have been great practice for me, not to mention being a spot that I see great potential in.

Nope...not at all. Not to mention that I will be away from a computer from 5 am to 7 pm tomorrow. Client visit. If someone emails / texts me with pick info, I can text back my pick.

Apparently, this has fallen on deaf ears.
I am not one to call people out but as there has been an inordinate amount of time spent between some picks already, I am compelled to ask this question:
Loyalboyd..one hour and 20 minutes to make two consecutive picks (3.12 and 4.01)?? How does that happen? I've never, ever seen that before in all my years of FF.
To all the HOFers, bottom line, we are in the middle of a draft...we need to be checking in more frequently, reaching out to the next owner after we've picked, and being more considerate in general.
I'm not trying to be a d*ck here but with all the time I've spent texting, calling, emailing, PMing and IMing I am getting a little frustrated.
Go ahead now...rip me for what I wrote...
Sorry guys, but I have a 9am - 4pm MT meeting on Wed and Thur. Then, I have soccer practice start at 4:30, which is 45 mins away from the office. For the next 2 days (Wed, Thur), I will not be able to check in and make draft picks until the evenings of both.
If I'm lucky, I will "reply all" on the MFL Draft Emails with my pick, when it's my turn. Can I lean on a commish-password-owner make the pick in MFL for me?
TIA!

Rhino, any day other than today I am glad to help. I am leaving for a flight to Pittsburgh shortly, and will be away from a computer till about 7 pm EST this evening. From that point on, I'd be glad to help!

I've prepicked my 4.06 but am not prepicking 5.07. It's 16 picks away and too far for me to make a prepick. It's doubtful that we get there anyway, seeing as how we've been stuck for over NINE hours waiting on Perch.

Very happy with my team so far! Normally don't pick a QB too highly (did take Rivers in 4th round of The BcS League, though), but when Romo fell to the 6th, I had to move on him.
Marshawn in the 5th represented great value (and I know he'd not have made it past Peeps), so it solidified my flex spot once he returns.
Bush in the 4th is probably my riskiest pick...but in a PPR, the man can still produce. Even with Thomas and Bell running between the tackles, Bush is still that team's greatest weapon on offense.
Smitty in the 3rd...I am super happy with that. Was sweating this one big time...thought that JoJo was gonna grab him.
Portis in the second was part of my plan...picking at 1.07, once LT2 and DWill went off the board in front of me, I knew I was taking a WR...AJ is a great way to build my team. However, that pick depended upon getting a RB in the 2nd round...Portis was the guy I targeted and luckily, he was still there. He's taking a beating on the boards, year in and year out...but the guy continues to produce.
Thoughts on your drafts thus far? Let's hear ya, HOFers!!

No different then most owners feel about their team, I'm really liking how the draft has unfolded for me. I have a few studs with some strong strength behind each position so far.
I'm stacked!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like my WRs thus far (White, Welker & Berrian) to line up along with Jones-Drew. The rest of the team is a work in progress.
With only Mr. Irrelevant left, well done all...we cruised the last couple of days!
