Timer is set at 4 hours, which is what we've always used.

I do apologize for any snafu here. My dad's visiting and lenghty online access was tricky this past weekend. If you've seen me here, it was probably on my phone, which doesn't do MFL very well.

I got it to work.

It was looking for personal draft list instead of alphabetical list. Then said timer expired. Then it made the next 2 pics then I was able to make a replacement pick of them in place of "none".

OK - timer appears to be working, savage is on the clock, my pick is in the books.

Thanks - MFL has told me there's a 15-20 minutes processing time when the clock expires before it moves on. That was the snag, so it should work as designed for the moment.

Now, I have to get Goop caught up because he got called for jury duty today.

Some potential at WR here. I was thinking of Chaz too Savage and Meachem was also on my list given the NO high powered offense. In the end I went with Chris Henry because Benson needed some Bengal company.

Also, the ftaman/bj order is fixed through round 15 so that's good to go as well.

Just this morning: gaddis correctly points out the timer isn't working. My pick is up, so I turn the clock on and BAM it expires on me and my pick gets skipped.

I've had this guy on my roster(s) off and on for a while now. I know Coles is there, but that guy really disappointed my last year. I know Henry has been a tool off the field, but he's got talent and he's only like 26 IIRC.

Saints placekicker Hartley suspended 4 games

The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that Saints PK Garrett Hartley will be suspended four games to start the 2009 season.
No reason is given, but it's possible the issue has contributed to Hartley's struggles in training camp. Kicking is obviously very mental. It also explains the signing of John Carney. If Carney kicks well in the first four weeks, however, the Saints may just cut ties with Hartley after he comes off the suspended list. Hartley was 13-of-13 on field goals in eight games last year.
