my dad's dad's first name was charles....he hated it and went by his middle name, Pat, his whole life. must be a louisiana thing.

I was named after my dad (Charles Arthur) and his dad (Ralph David). I was always David because my dad was Charles. Coulda been worse, I guess. Coulda been named Ralph Arthur.
