Is it too late to trade picks that involve keepers? In other words, if a player is already locked in (on MFL) as a keeper, replacing pick 10.6 for example, can that owner trade the 10.6 pick for another pick in that round, and then use the newly acquired 10th round pick for that same keeper? I know that you would not be able to propose such a trade in MFL, as the 10.6 pick would not show up (as it is already being "used"), but can we post such a trade here, and the commish could adjust MFL?

I guess what I'm asking is... once the keeper deadline had passed, owners were still trading picks involving keepers. At some point after that, keepers were "inserted" in MFL. When is it too late to change the pick for which a keeper is traded?

Also, if a kept player is traded after the deadline, who loses the pick for that keeper... the owner who kept that player, or the owner who acquires the player (after the deadline but before the draft).

Sorry in advance if this post is confusing. biggrin.gif

Yes, that is what this two week period is for between declaring keepers and the start of the draft. You have to work out the details and then post them in this forum. I then have to go in and undo the keepers, make the trade and redo the keepers with the new picks.
