Alright fellas,

The draft is patheticly slow. I have no reason to doubt that we will not get done but the pace is not fair to everyone. We have never had any issues before with this so please don't make me start to sound like a jerk. We have some owners that have issues and they are still drafting faster than most. I have no problem with the draft sitting idle during the evening into the morning, but you should make every attempt to check in every morning and if you are up within 4-5 picks then you should be able to preselect. Otherwise you need to be checking in regularly to not keep everyone waiting. I have already stated that I am going to need someone to draft for me this weekend (Blitz perferably) because I will be gone all weekend because I am taking my family on a float trip for my birthday. I will be available by phone to make my picks and I will take a sheet with me. Please if you have any issues then let me know beforehand, its just respectful to do so.

This league has been notoriously slow in the drafting process in the past, but this is ridiculous. I know people hate to pre-select, but we need to get moving a little bit. 2 rounds a day isn't asking for much.

No, no timer will be turned on. It's a slow draft, we'll get done. I will be gone all weekend and someone will be calling me for my picks.

I understand we are all frustrated that the draft is dragging but I think we still have plenty of time to complete the draft. I think one of the problems is that MFL is apparently not sending emails on a consistent basis.

OK Understood. Tomorrow the 29th I have a live draft for my other league so I'll check in from time to time with my phone, G1, so I dont keep anyone from picking.

OUTRAGED - 16 rounds (actually 13 because three rounds are keepers) - started same time as us - now on pick 16.02 and will likely complete today in 7 days. Two members are active service, one of them in Iraq.
HOT - 18 rounds redraft - started four hours later than us - completed yesterday in 6 days
Huddlers Refuge - 18 rounds (actually 15 because three rounds are keepers) - started Friday before us - completed four days ago in 6 days

Us - 18 rounds (actually 15 because three rounds are keepers) - on pick 8.06, halfway through in 7 days

Awesome. I think we're ahead of last years pace.

Probably. I'm actually not bothered because this week I'll only have one draft to worry about and by Thursday night when I'll be going out of pocket I'll be able to preselect my last couple picks.
