having way too many jalapenos in the garden, the wee one (not so wee anymore) and I decided to make some jelly. what the heck do you put this stuff on?

Jalapeno...hot but very good in almost anything that comes with meat. If you have marinated your meat for 12 hours and use Jalapeno as its glaze, you'll have something more than just grilled meat.
