Someone stole my header at the top of my MFL page in TML. Can I please have it back please?

At the top of all my MLF's league pages, there used to be a scroll that went from left to right.

I think "For Owners", "All my leagues", "Rosters"....were some of the headings. Now NONE of my MLF pages have it at the very top of the screen

In another post, someone said it could be fixed by the commishes

Go to setup>Home Page Message Setup and check.
I had a similar problem and it took awhile to figger it out.
