Just in case anyone missed it in the other thread... you can go ahead and submit requests any time. Order will be reverse draft order, just for the first pre-season run. After that, I believe it will be based on record, then total points. There will also be first-come first-served waivers available after the run on Tuesday evening.

FYI - I also added a trade deadline of 11/17/09 (after week 10 games are complete). Hope that works for everyone... If not, I can change it.
