The Spares are on the smoker ( yeah , the gas smoker) around 10 A.M. I bought apple chips this time, almost always used cherry. The usual sides; mac salad, deviled eggs....and a kettle full of Rhode Island Steamers.

Guess I'm smokin' solo..

I'm letting the smoker idle this wekend (I plan on doing some ribs this week though) instead, I'm making another batch of mole rojo which is a several hour endeavor all in itself. I need this for one of several burgers I'm working on.
