What is the scoring format for QB heavy for Top 200 QB Heavy?

Can any Huddle staff member please answer this question - what good is it to have a cheat sheet without know what the parameters were for ranking the players.

There is no set scoring system that it is based on. It is designed to represent a league that values QB's more - like having 6 points per TD or the ability to start two.
