Everyone keep in mind that the final cutdown is/was due today. So, while you are not limited by position, you must stay within the roster limit of 32 players.

It's still 16/16 split for O and D, right?

There are no limitations on the roster as long as we don't go over 32 & can field a full starting lineup.

3.1.1 In-Season
Each franchise will maintain an in-season active roster with a maximum of 32 players (Not including IR). Roster requirements are unlimited once the draft is completed. Teams may carry as many players as they like at any given position, but must maintain a full starting line-up at all times(see rule 5.2).

Edit - realized you were talking about the original post. The length of the draft this year made circumstances a little different this year. I had to make a decision on whether or not to allow a FCFS waiver at all & decided it was best to allow it in case of originally projected starters losing their jobs. However, with the very short time frame between the end of free agency & the start of the season I had to keep the rosters limited to 32 so that we didn't end up with teams over the limit, not able to contact them before kickoff and possibly having those players in their starting lineups.
