The rules call for a $2 per day FA dollar penalty for every day the roster is not legal, which I will enforce starting today after one more attempt to contact the owner.

I'm looking through my e-mails and I don't see one about this...what were the details?

What happens if he plays a game with his illegal roster? It surely shouldn't count (at least as a win for OYB), but it sucks for everyone else all the way around.

The problem is we have no rule stating that. We only have a $2/day depletion of FA dollars.

For anyone else who wants to know why it wasn't taking care of, at the time the email was sent. I posted a recliner on Craigslist in the free section and got a ton of emails, the same time the illegal roster email came in. It got deleted in a mass email purge. I just went and looked at my trash folder and found it. So, yeah I messed up. So sue me, I rather pay my dues than apologize. Now that it is a big deal.
