What's the deal? We now have to wait 5 min before sending another PM after sending a PM? Pretty annoying, IMO.

Any plans to alleviate this?

Just noticed this, kind of a pain when in the middle of trade talks, etc. Hopefully this is just temporary?

That's a new spam prevention setting. I've lowered it to 1 minute.
