Well, my original response was this...

Tough call... Obviously, I don't think he did it intentionally. I don't think it's fair to his opponent to just say leave it as is, and give him a free pass for this week. On the other hand, I would hate to have it be determined that he gets a loss or DQ'd. My feeling is take the player who is illegal (Kampman) out of his lineup, leaving him one player short, and let the chips fall as they may.
Also, I think we can change the Lineup Setup so that you can not submit an illegal lineup, for the purpose of future lineup submissions. Not sure exactly how that works when MFL changes a player's position after the lineup has been set, but at least it would prevent owners from setting illegal lineups initially.
But, shoot, I didn't realize it was TWO players. That makes it even more tough, because taking both players out essentially gives him a loss, given the current score. Honestly, though, I don't know what other option there is. Like I said above, I don't think it's fair to Connie to just leave it as is. The way I look at it, as much as I hate to say this, I've known for weeks (maybe even months) that MFL was going to move Kampman to LB. Same with Hali... it just hasn't been talked about in FF circles quite as much as Kampman situation has.
I know he's in Iraq, which is what makes this a tough one. The commissioner in me (I'm running a couple of leagues this year) says rules are rules, and even though we don't specifically have a rule that spells out what to do when players' positions change post roster submission, I think we would all agree that illegal lineups are not accepted. On the other hand, the "nice guy" side of me feels slightly more compelled to say "give the guy a break." Ultimately, though, no matter what the circumstances, I don't think it would be fair to reward the person who hasn't checked their lineup in three weeks, while essentially penalizing his opponent.
My "final answer" would be to take both players out of his lineup for the week... After all, it is only one week, and I think it's the only fair thing to do.
