Funny, I've never been in a league that plays all division games during non bye weeks.

Really, all the leagues I'm in do, including all 3 Dynasty Wars and Redraft Wars.

I am in three local leagues. LLD is my only BOTH league. It doesn't surprise me that I haven't been exposed to that rule. My locals are, for lack of a better term, amateur hour and nowhere near as competitive.
