Anytime you drop a player that has an existing contract assigned, you are penalized 1 dead year and 1 dead year only. It doesn't matter if they had a 1-year contract or a 5-year contact.

If that player is later picked up by another team and assigned a new contract, you get your dead year back.

Not trying to be petty here, but how did YGD and Dbaxx manage to pickup non-rookie players and not drop anyone? They are both showing as having 36 players on their roster now in MFL.

I tried to pickup a rookie to add him to DTS and I dont think my last claim went through. Zooty can you verify?

I dropped Tyler Thigpen to get to 35 players.

I believe Zooty has it set with one extra slot to accomodate a situation where an owner might be, say, picking up an FA with a plan to IR another player if the waiver goes through.

Any owners over 35 players need to have it fixed by the weekly contract deadline, or suffer the appropriate fines.

If you didn't have an available roster slot (above 36), the waiver wouldn't have gone through.

You don't have enough cap room. Please recalculate and submit a vaild contract.

Just give me whatever I have left. When I looked this morning it said 3. If it's only 1 give me that.
