Gopher is working on finding out which teams were docked for late rosters/final contracts and the last two waiver runs. We will list the teams that were docked for late rosters/contracts here and how much. We will pin this and he will be keeping track manually on the pinned thread for dblns as well as putting it on MFL. That way we have backup on our dblns.

Updated... I found three owners total with late submissions. Please double-check and correct me if I'm wrong:

Deadline was 6 PM EST on 9/4/04
- Phoenix FC (Robash) submitted on 9/5/09 - Docked $1
- New Mexico Wolves (wolfden) submitted on 9/6/09 - Docked $2
- Columbus MadCowz (SteelBunz) submitted on 9/7/09 - Docked $3

And that's right for me. I hadn't remembered they needed to be in a full week ahead of the first game. I was going by Fusion rules which says they are due on Labor Day.
