It is 7:00 am on Saturday morning, and the brisket has been in the smoker for an hour now. Sometime around noon I'll add 4 slabs of spare ribs. I was going to the Texas OU game but my daughter has a make ups soccer game, so I gave up my tickets, and decided to make the best of it, so I fired up the pit.
