Too late, he posted at 10:44 yesterday. Missed by a minute I think.

don't know how we handle this as it was exactly 24 hrs to the minute that he re-raised.

By my reasoning this thread is still open...Relish's bid was 24 hours after the initial bid, that's acceptable, had it been one minute later it would be more than 24 hours of inactivity.

Sorry, I had to get my laptop completely re-imaged so I've been out of commission since Sunday night. I'm still trying to get things setup on it. It sucks. We can close this thread and award Hamilton to Relish. I can probably get to this tonight unless one of the other commissioners wants to jump in. I see we have some trades to process and dead contract years to update. You guys need to double my salary.

I'd be comfortable if we tripled it.

I wouldnt be against giving 2 dollars of my weekly skins to the commishes. If all 13 weekly skin winners do this, the commishes get a little discount for their efforts.
