To be quite honest, with both me and Tony doing the commish duties now, youll likely get a lot of them from here on out since we have to do it every time we do anything.

Peepin's right, you can't turn it off. It's there for your protection so that you're aware when the commish has allowed this access.
One thing we can do to minimize the number of messages, and work required by the commissioners, is to reduce the number of time each week we make roster moves for IR/promotions/drops.
Going forward we'll not make any moves requested of us until Thursdays when we're in processing waivers. The exception to this would be any taxi squad promotions as those would limit owners in submitting their starting lineups.
