...when you pick your best possible starting lineup, score the #2nd highest number of points for the week, and STILL end up losing by 1 point to the top-scoring team.

I know what you mean. I lost by less than a point.

Thor's Hammer 82.85
Wonder Girls 82.05

I've been real lucky. I have one win by less than a point and one win by 3 points. At 4 and 0 it is nice to have some breathing room, but I'm not feeling great about my team.

Of course in the Huddle Ladder I'm middle of the pack as far as points go, but I'm 0 and 4 in the Semi Pro division. Luck tends to even out.

I've been lucky too. I thought Bane's Fury was going to destroy me especially because I left Garrard's big game on the bench, and I ended up winning by three or four points and change. Two of Bane's receivers, Colston and Jennings, both had bad games. What are the odds of that happening? unsure.gif

Robbed yet again. Braylon's 2nd TD should not have been reversed. Lost me my 3 go-ahead points. Then later, Will Allen gets called for phantom defensive pass interference giving the Jets a free 49 yards and of course TJ punches it in.

I watched every minute of the 2nd half and loved all the calls!! shades.gif YIPPEE!!!! Aside from me celebrating Sanchez's 2nd TD being reversed for obvious reasons, I honestly thought that Edwards' knee was down and he was contacted by the defender while the ball was short of the GL. Either way, it made my night! Go Thomas Jones for running in 2 scores. clap.gif

I agree his knee was down first, but after that I don't think the replays conclusively determined that he was contacted by the defender until after he touched the goalline marker.
