Both. Seeing that you only start 6 IDP's and 2 of those are DB/S's, this is a no brainer. Getting a viable TE for a plug and play IDP is rock solid.

ETA: And by plug and play, I mean you can literally start any LB/DE on any given week and have the same chance at points. Granted, J.Allen is a stud, but he is very replaceable. I know you know this, but there will be some schmuck that won't and want to know what I meant by plug and play.
