Last week I played Matt Forte. Do I get his points avg'd over the last 2 weeks? OR can I select an RB that is playing this week?

Do I get the avg for all bye week players? like Forte?
Or woud I get the weekly points if I put in an RB that is playing this week?
Or do I just ignore the Lineup, because it's a bye week?
