I am pretty sure we also said you couldn't use one roster spot to start two players e.g., dropping a player who you started Sunday morning to pick up a player to play Monday night.
1st - That would be virtually impossible to track.
2nd- That's not what I did. Dropped Hanson to pickup Hartely, then I dropped Harrison to pick up Collie.
...and to be honest with you, I have no problem with that. If I start say, Tom Brady, and he breaks his leg, Joe Theisman style, no doubt about, he's done for the year, kinda thing in the first quarter of his game. Why shouldn't I be able to drop him and pick up a WR that's playing on Sunday night. Tom Brady would still be in my lineup, and the WR starting lineup choice would be up to me as long as I still had at least one WR who's game had not yet started.
ECB has one main focus IMO, building the pot, and anything that facilitates that without giving any one owner an unfair advantage has always been encouraged.
Once a player has been submitted into a lineup they are there once the game starts.
I'd rather have saved the $5, but once MSW was benched (suspended 30mins prior to kickoff) I had no other startable WRs on my roster.
You still won the game, and no one seems to have any issues with it other than you. Not everyone has checked in, but everyone else who has checked in sees it as a legitimate roster transaction.
