I have a feeling that Thomas Davis will start to fall off some and that it might be a good idea to see what I can get for him. I have Witherspoon as a replacement right now. I guess my question is do people think he will keep is value or drop off as the season goes on and Beason starts to play better?

That was my same thought going into last weeks games. I had a trade to get Cooley and Mendenhall for Thomas, but it went through to late for last weeks games, so it was canceled. I still have Davis now and thinking of shopping him a bit. I think Beason has already started to eat into his numbers and will continue to do so. Thomas will get his, just not as much with a healthy Beason.

I also just picked up Curry and Tatupu is still out there, so I have options.

I would "hold" Davis. The guy is a playmaker and will have big scoring weeks regardless of Beason. He reminds me of a leaner, more athletic version of James Harrison. Just look at his stat line this past week. The guy scores in many categories - sacks, tackles for loss, forced fumbles. etc. - While Beason might have slightly better tackling numbers I think Davis, depending on your scoring rules, will score more points.

I can probably get Owen Daniels for him right now. Not really a need for me but seems to be about the value I think I could get. If I did get him I would have to pick 2 between Mason, Witten, Daniels, and J.Jones to start with at least 1 being a TE. I think I'll at least hold out for a better offer and probably end up holding him. Thanks for the input
