I was going to clean it up some and post it to the huddle blog but I have been to busy so I figured what better time to post what is wrong with DeMeco Ryans then right after he had the best game of his season so far....
here is a cut and paste from that forum and some of what I posted...
The reason I included Willis is because he has been the top ranked LB the past two years, so he gives us something to compare to...and Bulluck is included because not to long ago people were asking "what is wrong with keith bulluck"

Bulluck has bounced back some the last 2 years but not even close to what he once was....the only thing different from Ryans is that he never increased his TOP like Bulluck did.....I would say that what we are seeing from Ryans looks to be very real....could he bounce back to super stud status? sure he could but with 2+ years of declining TOP I wouldnt bet on it...especially when you realize just how short the average career is in the NFL.
edit: i dont currently have the ability to run TOP for all players but I hope that i can in the near future...but that will take the help of some certain huddler
