My league plays one IDP spot (2pts tackle 1pt assist)...

My strategy thus far has been picking LBs going against run-heavy teams (sometimes I also target potential blow out games where much of the 2nd half will be run-heavy by the victor). It's been hit or miss, I usually average 7-10pts with this strategy.


This week I'm eyeballing Barrett Ruud vs. NE (potential blow out + talk of Maroney seeing a lot of reps) or Kirk Morrison (vs. presumably Jones/Washington run fest).

Any input? There's also E.J. Henderson on the wire.

both have great matchups so I would roll with the one you would like to root for more than the other.

I like Ruud a little more but they are all pretty equal IMO
