I can't even get half way through the page without it refreshing. I know I'm slow as hell but it should probably be changed to a rate where a reasonable reader can make it through the page without a refresh. It's kind of annoying the way it is now. Maybe I'm the only one. Just a suggestion.

I have the same problem. I get about 1/3 of the way through then it refreshes and I have to find where I left off. Not a hugh deal but it is rather annoying.

It probably refreshes so often to accomodate people that come in late and want to know right away. It seems most things these days are set up to serve those who aren't on top of things.

Is there a stop reload link? If not I'd like to see that option. It gets irritating with MFL live scoring too but you can stop it there.

Do they list IDP players there? All I see is offensive players. Sometimes us IDP'ers feel ignored around here.

I agree as well - two minutes would be adequate, even for the impatient. My wife can confirm

if possible a "STOP REFRESH" button would be the best option

If you use Firefox, there is a Web Developer Toolbar that supports disabling meta redirects. There are also other ways to block the refresh/redirect too.
