Nic Harris and Kevin Ogletree both show 1 yr contracts, but both are on my DTS, Im not sure if their 1 yr contracts are going against my cap or not.

yes they are - there was no notation that they were going to be on your taxi when you picked them up and the rule is if not notation is given for contracts within 48 hours of pick-up they are automatically given a 1 year contract and on your active roster.
