Granted, Sanchez puts no fear into the hearts of NFL CB's, but Davis steps in as a starter now. He's previously been mostly a nickel CB. With Cotchery back, and Clowney around, not to mention Edwards... the Jets know they have a rookie CB to go after. Maybe this is more noteworthy as it regards Jets WR's? I look for Davis not only to be targeted in the passing game, but I think they will run to his side too.
