I picked Stephen Davis for The French Dibbler. He now has RB, QB, Rb and Davis is next in line on two of my lists. Plus I had the next pick and I just took him away from myself. loco

And we're still here this morning!

No disrespect to Mike here, but I just can't look at Tiki Barber and say that. I do like the Edge pick as I think he's actually the 7th best back and I like C Pep over basically everyone besides Moss and the big backs.

But Tiki. To begin with, he's only had one season where he's scored 10 or more TDs. Last year he had all of 3. One could argue that this year's O could be worse. Warner could be done and Eli will falter, meaning either should be a downgrade from Collins. Maybe the O-line will improve with a year under it's belt, but has to go a long way to even being just bad.

As far as Tiki himself is concerned, they're saying that they don't want to use him as much in the running game this year, so that sounds a lot like 3rd down back to me.

Ultimately, I see a Kevin Faulk, on a bad team, who likes to put the ball on the ground.

Tiki will have to drop like a stone for me to take him.

Thanks! I agree about the pick with Tiki Barber. I don't think that I would select him if the draft was in August or September. Until RB positions shake out later in the year, I'll take Barber for now. There are other backs available that won't be sharing the ball as much. I like Barber better than others because of his receiving skills. I don't believe that we will see thunder sharing with lightning this year anymore than we have before.

I do like taking Culpepper in the second round. Culpepper and Manning were the top two point producers in this scoring from last year and Daunte is projected to do so again. In fact he projects to produce 100 more points than any running back. Last year he was the top scorer without playing in two complete games.

I like James and took him over Ricky. He will continue to be a stud at the goalline and should be able to cash in more often than he did last year.

So what's the story with Frenchie? Apparently his last pick was made for him and he hasn't been back since.

I just pre-drafted the rest of my picks through round 18. I put in a dozen choices for each so hopefully I will get a player in each round. I'll check back later this afternoon. thumbs_u

Meat Face, Antonio Gates was a great pickup. I think he'll have a great season and I think a lot of people will overlook him in their drafts.

But I have another one in mind. Hopefully I'll get him.

Got a date with my wife tonight and we're blowing out of town in the am. I predrafted all but the last round (that will be my back up kicker feel free to give me anyone you want). If all my choices are taken at my turns, I drafted D, TE, WR, QB with those picks. Give me the corresponding position so my next predraft wont make me go over. This, of course, only matters if you really care.
