Looks like Bearcat and I share the same B-day except for a couple of years . Mine is 1/20/52. The 'Doc' turns 53 on Thursday. If my wife spanked me once for each year I wouldn't be able to sit down for a week

I once heard of a "bar bet" which was.

If you pick 25 people at random at least two will have the same day and month of birth. Just noticed that it worked with only 12 in our forum as Bear Cat and Doc Niner 52 have the same date Jan 20.

I used to 'play' this. I worked for a guy who had the same birthday as mine. We'd travel a lot, and in bars on the road, sometimes bar games would start. I would play the 'dumb guy' and say, "I know a bet. I bet somebody here has the same birthday as mine!" Others who knew the 'odds' would try to warn me, "Uhh don't you mean ANY TWO people?" I'd insist, "No, I bet there is somebody else with MY birthday!" Finally somebody would 'agree' to take advantage of the 'drunk', and bet $20 or so. We'd go around the bar looking at DLs, and WHOA - there would be a guy with my birthday! LOL!

But I think the odds are really correct on some 2 out of 25. You can usually get 2 or 3 or more to 1. Seems to me you might even get everyone in the group (25-1) to pony up!
