I would vote for the Raleigh area. It seems more central. I would listen to offers though.

I had a site lined up in Chapel Hill for last year, and could probablly get it again. Chapel Hill is only 20 minutes from Raleigh, so there's very little difference.

There's a world of difference...and I always vote Chapel Hill over Raleigh.
