  1. You have to go Griese based only on how bad GBs D has been
  2. I've put the trade feelers out there and there wasn't much interest this week due to the injury scare. I could try and wait it out a week or two and see if C Mart starts doing better, but I think the overall feel everywhere is that he is getting older and that always worries people
  3. I'd go Stevens this week based on some limited production so far this season compared to Witten. In the long run I'd go Witten. I think his lack of production so far is due to Bledsoe being new to the team and attempting to get comfortable with what he has around him. Stevens has been playing with Hasselbeck for a while and it's never really amounted to much in the grand scheme of things.
  4. I used to have Javon and feel like I'm in deep WR trouble now. My RBs (we start 2): Shaun Alexander, Cadillac, CMart, Benson My WRs (we start 3 wr and get two points per reception and six for TD): Roy Williams (on bye this week), I Bruce, McCareins, K. Curtis, Colbert I was offered Rod Smith and JJ Arrington for CMart. I'm pretty high on Alexander on Cadillac and barring injury won't need a bye week replacement for a while...hopefully long enough for Benson or Arrington to show something. Based on scoring in my league, Rod Smith is currently outscoring Martin by 16%. Is my wr situation desperate enough and do desperate times warrant desperate measures?
  5. Yeah, I guess I knew it in my heart. Losing Walker this early really sucks.
  6. Bruce was only targeted 6 times while McDonald was targeted 10 times in the last game. Huddle suggests that Bruce will likely draw coverage from Antrelle Rolle who wasn't even thrown against in week 1. Is Rolle good enough to make me not want to start Bruce and instead start McDonald...... BTW, I used to have Javon Walker.... I'm already in a position where Kevin Curtis is starting as my #3. So...enough talk. Bruce or McDonald and why? Thanks
  7. pretty darn solid. If anything, I'm least excited about your RB core. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it an A-
  8. Dallas plays in SD who is without Gates.... MIN play TB with an untested Cadillac... NEP plays Oakland who is my favorite team and I hate rooting against them...
  9. The setup: 10 team, 3 keeper league (only one from any single position). Picking 9th in the 1st round, 8th in the 2nd, 7th in the third, etc. etc. (I have no 6th rounder this year). Performance league starting 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 team Def. Currently my keepers will be: McNabb, Sh Alexander, J Walker. (most teams in the league will be keeping QB, RB, WR although some trade out QB for TE - gonzo, gates) We have 7 more days till we make our cuts. The dilemma: Even if T.O. comes back, I see the relationship as broken. A bad game will come eventually and TO will go off on McNabb on the sidelines (I think we've all heard this story before). Anyway, I'm looking to get rid of McNabb (I think). The plan: I'm planning on offering McNabb and Coles to the team who already owns TO and in exchange I want Favre and his 2nd round pick (2.02). I figured by throwing in Coles, if for some reason TO doesn't come back he'll have a serviceable WR thereby making the trade more attractive. Is this a smart trade? What should I realistically expect for value? Am I screwing myself? I realize that somewhere during the draft I will need to potentially find another keeper caliber QB or TE since who knows how much longer Favre will go.
