  3. Chiefs monster rushing game results in...

Thats OK. It just means he will be throwing for 28 tds in 14 weeks instead of 16. great...right?
  4. Duce Staley

Verron has ONLY played mop up duty. Only after the Steelers are up 20+ points did they bring him in. I think they brought Haynes in a little early in Houstonjust give Parer a rest in the 120 degree weather. I am a homer and have Parker and Staley. I am VERY close to dropping Staley, but I have a very deep league and there is not much else out there to replace him. Staley is nor Parkers backup and should be treated like so.
  5. Ron Dayne?

I honestly think Bell has the best chance of being the starter by the end of the year. Just b/c it is looking more and more unlikely. Was he the 1st back given a chance last week after Anderson and before his injury. I do have bell but I am loaded at rb right now an care less.
  6. Willie Parker

He already is the starter. Bill has already said so. Not matter if and when Staley or Bettis are feeling better. There is no way it becomes RBBC.
  7. Tatum Bell

I have to agree, but he is getting near the WW.
  8. I am sorry you did not pick him up, but remember you have to shut down the Steelers along with Parker. The Steelers are a great running team for many reasons. Unless Parker changes the way he approches the game or he gets hurt, he will not slow down. Sure he will have up and down weeks but ALL backs have them. This could have been one of them. He said(alng with many other Steelers) that he felt slow today. I guess that comes with it being 120 degrees and all black spamshirts. Oh well my bet is on Fast Willie I am extremely suprised that more people did not see this coming. It was a pretty classic set up for a sleeper to go off.
  9. Is T Bell injured?

Not really. I am just interested. I have him on the shelf. Just wondering how dusty he was going to get before I drop him.
  10. Is Ben Troupe starting?

I do not have any info on him?
  11. WDIS? WR

At first I thought Curtis but I think Jenkins is your best chace to score.
  12. I never thought nor think it will be RBBC in Pittsburgh this year.
  13. by the way who are your other RBs?
  14. You should always trade high if you think he will tank. I do not think he will. If I were you I would let Parker run all over Houston this week then trade him. Comparing Willie to Q is off quite a bit. Q is a half pint who gets tackled on the first touch. Parker was running over guys and making the tough yards and is much more explosive then Q. I know I drafted Q last year and started him the first game. IMHO (I am a big time homer and I did draft him) he is the real deal and is now the starting RB for the Steelers
