  1. DAL vs Oak

Witten and Lynch to not play, and a season low from Julio tomorrow night.
  2. Anybody else on the verge of quitting?

I think I would have rather flamed out... as it stands I’d have destroyed either of the other semifinal teams, and my hunch is I’ll outscore all 3 of them next week knowing I should have won it all.
  3. Anybody else on the verge of quitting?

It's funny, because it's how I used to be with the Vikings... I spent a couple hours flat on my back staring at the ceiling after the loss in 98... 09 wasn't much better. I vowed then that I wasn't going to let the Vikings bother me anymore. I still watch, I still enjoy it, but like the Common Man, I just don't care that much anymore. It's time to do the same with fantasy... and for me that will mean getting out of my $$ leagues.
  4. I think I might be done with fantasy football... My $$ local for sure. I just can't take it anymore, and I'm tired of meaningless players and games affecting my mood. I was feeling pretty good with Hunt last night, playing Bortles over Cousins today, McCoy and Kamara, and a nice start from Davante Adams... then they all go silent for the 2nd half, and Adams gets knocked out on a dirty hit. Bortles has a 73 yarder come down at the 1, I watch Ingram score on a 50 yarder running out the clock... and then I get Gurley'd. Watching the Pats/Steelers with about 2 min to go I devised a plan to get 1, maybe 2 more FG's out of Boswell to help keep my slim hopes alive... and it all happened. A quick Pats TD and 2pt, Steelers moving down into position, and I even caught a huge break on the TD being overturned, only to watch Ben kill it with an awful pass at the worst time. I still have a chance, but it's going to take almost season lows from all 2 of Lynch, Witten and Julio to let me advance... All of this as the #1 seed and high scorer, I'm going to lose to a guy who will be over his season average by about 50 pts, and set his new season high by 20 or more. Comparing our weekly scores I'd be 11-3 against him. I'm tired of losing to the fluke when it counts the most. I should be celebrating the Vikes rolling today, and all I can think about is the fluke loss I'm about to take and the $$ I'm not going to take home. Congratulations to whoever gets my team next year and gets to keep Kamara in the 16th.
  5. Eifert out TE advice

Picked up Engram in 2 leagues to cover for Eifert and Graham... had other scrubs I could drop though and hung on to both.
  6. Thoughts on Mariota for the year?

I'm certainly not dropping him yet, but I have found myself looking at the WW just to see what's out there...
  7. Solid overall, I'm high on Mariota and Thomas, not so much on Gurley and Watkins... but that's all opinion. Out of curiosity though, what order were Gurley, Zeke, and Thomas?
  8. Keenan Allen

I could very well be way wrong and just jaded by my hate for the pack, but I don't believe he scores double digit TD's again... Pack #2 has always put up numbers, but can be difficult to figure out at times. Cobb is not dead, even though ESPN ranks/drafts treat him as such, and with an off-season to scheme with Ty in the backfield I just don't trust Adams at his current ADP.
  9. Keenan Allen

I'd have that this way... Thomas Cooks Cooper Allen Dez Hill Adams
  10. Josh Gordon arrested again?

You had to know and weigh the risk you were taking. If you drafted him in a spot that you were depending on him coming back and putting up numbers that's your fault not his. I have sympathy for Keenan Allen and Adrian Peterson owners, not Josh Gordon owners.
  11. screwed up is your team now?

Primary local went WR early and shotgunned the RB'S through the middle. Rawls Langford R. Mathews Abdullah Oh, did I mention one of the early wr was K. Allen?
  12. Too many rbs who to trade?

Need to find the team stacked at WR and hurting for a RB and make a fair deal. Everyone else is going to look at your WR and think they can get one of the RB for an average WR. Put the word out and field offers... don't be scared to move one of CJ, Miller, or Bell if the price is right (top 3-7 WR in my mind)
  13. Drop Cobb or Hilton for Diggs?

Drop Coleman. You could trade one of those receivers for a RB better than him.
  14. What do you need? MNF week 2

About a combined 300 yards and 4-5 tds from Langford and Alshon. Yuck.
  15. Barndige, what are we to think?

Reason for optomism via Mat Harrison on Twitter: In Josh McCowns 8 starts last season Gary Barnidge recorded 46-641-6. With all other QBs in 8 games he tallied 33-402-2.
